Welcome to the online home of Patrick Schmitt, designer Inc. I appreciate you taking the time to visit and learn more about my firm and what we have to offer. This site has been put together for you, our valued client, associate and friend. I have assembled this site, not only to provide an introduction to myself and my firm, but also as a resource to help you with your project. I plan to continually add too and update this site regularly, so please, check back often.

If you are looking for something unique and special for your building site, you want an open and dynamic interchange of ideas and solutions and you want to deal with a firm that understands and is adept not only in residential design, but also the construction process, budgets, timelines, materials, details and how all of these interact with each other, then you have come to the right place.

While it is impossible to completely and accurately convey in a few words or pictures what an individual or their work is truly like, I hope the information found within this site is a good starting point.

Creating and building a new home in today’s environment is complex. However, if planned and executed correctly, it is a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. Exceptional homes are derived from a collaborative process between designer and client. When available, it is invaluable to also include in the planning process others who will become a part of your home creation team. Those individuals such as the general contractor, various trade contractors, as well as, our technical resources, such as structural engineers, surveyors or other consultants, provide a wealth of knowledge and insight that will help create your exceptional new home.
